First of all, thank you for buying our themes and hope you enjoy using them as much as we did building them.

Please read carefully the following terms:

1. Support is optional, items purchased from ThemeForest are provided "as-is", with no guarantee of support (as stated in ThemeForest terms & conditions - http://themeforest.net/legal/membership).

2. We do offer support to all our buyers, but please keep in mind that free support is only offered for bugs/issues that make the theme not function properly or if you have trouble making something look like in the demo.

3. For things like new features or customization options not included in the standard theme, we will do our best to include them in future updates for free. If you want something done sooner, we can do that specifically for you, for an extra fee.

4. Before opening a ticket, please look carefully through all the options in the WordPress admin, also read the documentation and watch the tutorial videos linked from our ThemeForest page.

5. Please verify your purchase code before opening a ticket.

6. If your ticket contains any sensitive information, like usernames and passwords, make sure it is set to PRIVATE before posting the info.

7. When opening a ticket, include as much helpful info as possible to help us determine the cause of the problem. Links and screenshots help a lot.

8. Please be polite and patient, no ticket will be left unanswered.
